These terms apply when you book a dated workshop sold directly by M24 Arts Limited through this website. Workshops provided and booked directly with an independent tutor are subject to that tutor’s own booking terms.

Making a booking
- Your place is confirmed when we receive payment and send your order confirmation.
- Please check the workshop date, time, location, age guidance, accessibility information and what is included before booking.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and attendee information.
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any compulsory charges will be shown before payment.
- If you book more than one place, you accept these terms on behalf of the other attendees and should share the relevant workshop information with them.
Your cancellation or transfer
If you need to cancel, we can offer a full refund or transfer your booking to another available session when you give us at least seven days’ notice. Cancellations made within seven days of the workshop are non-refundable unless we are able to resell your place.
To request a cancellation or transfer, email m24arts@gmail.com with your name, order number and workshop details. Transfers are subject to availability.
Dated workshops are leisure services supplied for a specific date or period. They are generally excluded from the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Our seven-day policy above is an additional cancellation option that we choose to provide and does not affect your other statutory rights.
If we cancel or make a significant change
If M24 Arts Limited cancels a workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another available session. If we make a significant change to the date, time, location or workshop content and you no longer wish to attend, we will offer the same options. We are not responsible for travel or other additional costs you incur, except where the law does not allow that responsibility to be excluded.
Attendance, accessibility and safety
- Please arrive at the time stated on the product page. Late arrival may mean that some teaching cannot be repeated.
- Please tell us before booking about access requirements, allergies or other relevant needs so we can discuss reasonable arrangements.
- Where a workshop has age or supervision requirements, these will be stated on its product page and must be followed.
- Attendees must follow reasonable safety instructions and behave respectfully towards staff, tutors and other participants.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
